Platina Wellness quality management system includes all aspects of quality related to facilities, products, and service.

However, quality management is not only focused on product and service quality, but it also focuses on how you achieve it. Quality management therefore uses quality assurance method and set of processes as well as products to achieve the most consistent quality possible.

Quality Control

A set of processes by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production of a product is known as Quality Control.

For any entity required in the production of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products, it goes through a detailed system of inspection and control covering the production, evaluation, and distribution of every product bearing the Platina Wellness label or those of our clients.

Platina Wellness approach to quality control emphasizes three aspects:

  • Elements like controls, job management, defined and well managed set of process, performance and integrity criteria, and the identification of records.

  • Competence such as knowledge, skills, experience in that field, and basic qualifications,methods.

  • Soft elements like personnel integrity, confidence,culture of the company, motivation, teamwork, and quality working relationships.

Platina Wellness quality control system focuses on the rigorous testing of products to rectify and solve defects, and reporting to the management team who make the decision to allow or deny the release, whereas assurance of quality attempts to improve and stabilize the production, and associated operation, to avoid issues that lead to defects.
